Gene-map Showing Methylated Loci Cross-sample Comparison using Epi-tags

The plot illustrates a cross-sample comparison of methylated loci across the Vitvi07g00227 gene body using methylation data from Rodriguez-Izquierdo et al., 2024. Individual methylated loci are marked using Epi-tags (lollipop positions). Genomic windows containing more than one methylated locus are distinguished by a triangle displayed on top of the tag. tags were colored by group. The plot was generated using GFF3 annotation file and bedGraph files output from Bismark. chromoMap features: polyploidy, epi-tags, segment-annotation, double scale (absolute and relative).
