Grapevine sequencing-depth comparison

Question: How does regional sequencing depth vary between the wild and cultivated grapevine groups?

Assembly and source release: not recorded in the saved example. Verify before reanalysis.
Processing: Bismark BAM depth reduced to regional tables, as stated in the saved example.

Set interpretation: One chromosome set contains two numeric series: wild and cultivated grapevine groups.
Sets: 1; annotation rows: [4631]
Window settings recovered from saved figure: {"fixed_window": true, "window_size": 100000, "n_win_factor": 1}

These TSV files are extracted from the saved interactive figure. They are generated/prepared tables, not the original raw GFF3, BAM or bedGraph files. Open open-figure.html with the two included libraries beside it for offline viewing. The HTML contains the saved configuration and data. Import it through Select Data > Edit an existing chromoMap to reproduce the configured view. Alternatively upload TSV pairs to the corresponding sets and configure the representation yourself.

The package does not establish the original study processing or the biological validity of a visual pattern. See the cited source and resolve assembly/release details before scientific reuse.

Data attribution and reuse: retain the cited study/source attribution and verify upstream data terms before redistribution or secondary analysis. The chromoMap software licence is separate from source-data terms.
