Orthologous genes between Rice and Maize

Genomic location of 5 ortholog genes in the rice (Oryza sativa) and maize (Zea mays) genomes. Gene coordinates were extracted from Ensembl BioMart. chromoMap features used: polyploidy showing it supports sets with different number of chromosomes, discrete-colormaps (heatmap for discrete/categorical data)for categorical data visualization.
